This chocolate pudding smoothie bowl is packed full of protein, vitamins and anti-oxidants and is also super delicious. The creaminess from the avocado provides a velvety pudding texture and mixed with chocolate protein powder, it is almost as if you are enjoying a treat! The addition of spinach and blueberries are a great way to sneak in some extra nutrients, especially for picky eaters.
This smoothie is thicker than your average smoothie, which is why I find it best served in a bowl topped with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, etc. Today I topped this one with bananas, blood oranges, fresh blueberries and coconut. Enjoy!
